Magical Mystic Ridge, 10 min to North Shore Beaches

This villa is even better than described. We are repeat renters who plan to keep that tradition going.

Lovely villa with spectacular views. Very well equipped, with lots of extra features to help make you comfortable during your stay. Quiet side of the island, lots of privacy on and around the property.

The views from this house are absolutely breathtaking. Pour yourself a drink and relax as the colors of sunset paint the horizon! The house is spacious, well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for our family of 7 to cook and relax! The house is a very short ride to lots of amazing beaches.

Thank you for a great review and soome additional tips to help future travelers. We are having 2 new parts for the umbrellas hand crafted in hopes they will be a little more sturdy. Its important that guests do not deploy the umbrellas on windy days and equally important to put them down when not in use or at the villa. Awesome house. View spectacular. The view was worth staying in the house!!!!! Everything was clean and well organized. However, due to humidity, the wood on doors leaving the bedrooms all need some repair because very hard to close. The refrig had a temperature light that beeped at intervals. It was soft and didn't really bother us but just needs to be fixed. Suggest pool man calls before coming just so we knew to expect him. We'd all go back in a heartbeat. Location ideal to Crux Bay and Coral Bay. Plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen was amazing--just about every utensil you needed!!!! Julie and David were great. I'd email and two seconds (or so it seemed) they responded. Thanks for a great week. Clarks and Shepards

5 Stars for the Incredible views, Peaceful surroundings. Mystic Ridge was perfect for our family of 6. ( ages 17-21 ) . They very much enjoyed the Pool and Hot tub on times between getting around the Island. Each room has AC with very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The " main"/ Kitchen / living area also very spacious perfect for " hanging out" . Location great/ Centrally located, not a bad drive. Gated. Again Spectacular views. Host Dan was responsive to messages.

Beautiful, unbelievable views and easy to find. Private house and very quiet. Less than 10 min drive to the nearest beach. Kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated the beach chairs, towels, beach bags, and coolers for us to use.

Mystic Ridge
The house was amazing with one of the best views we saw while staying on St. John. It is close enough to Coral Bay to get essentials and very close to the Northern Beaches. Maho Bay, Frances Bay and Little Lameshur Bay are just a few minutes from the house. A bonus was watching the sunrise over the British Virgin Islands from the pool deck or the hot tub. I would definitely recommend staying at Mystic Ridge. The view from the house alone is worth it.

What a gem! We loved calling this place home for the week with our family. As a family of 5, we got to move at our own pace and enjoy the pool to start each morning. The rooms are a great size, clean, and accommodating. We had the most gorgeous view, too. The house was well stocked with kitchen and swimming essentials. And finally, Julie was super responsive and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gorgeous villa to my friends. We hope to come back soon.

This location and home were like a dream come true. The location, the view, the pool, and the house were so beautiful. Waking up there every morning was truly an unforgettable experience. Our only issues were, communication with our "greeter." We had a lot of trouble getting her to respond to our text messages about where and when to meet her so she could take us to the house. Having been to St. John a bunch of times before we knew our way around and were able to get ourselves there. I feel like that communication should have been established before we got there. The only other issue was, some stuff at the house was in disrepair. Mainly, the hot tub and the refrigerator. Julie was super responsive and brought us lots of ice. All in all, our stay was great and I would highly recommend it. St John is a very special place and this house was an amazing home base.

Thank you for leaving a review for us! I am so sorry that our greeter didnt get you the information that you needed in a timely fashion. I spoke with her at 2 pm the day off arrival. She told me she had communicated with you prior to that letting you know the villa would not be ready until 4 pm. I thought you were all taken care of. Yes the hottub has a leak and we do have parts on island now and will be lifting it out of the location to repair it as soon as we get a couple of days with no one in the house. Its been a very busy summer! We did address the icemaker not working by sending a technician out and sending you ice for the week. Its very rare where parts are in stock when an appliance breaks on a small island. Other than that the fridge is very cold and works very well. We are so happy you enjoyed the stay and we certainly look forward to having you back!

The elegant villa, called the Magical Mystic Ridge, in Coral Bay is an incredibly lovely home with a great location in the middle of St. John! The condo is serene, quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The location is convenient to so much - restaurants, many beaches, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, and more! The views are AMAZING! The pool is gorgeous and the hot tub a welcome warmth at the end of the day! Sometimes we didn't even want to leave to go on our adventures! It was clean, spacious and beautiful, inside and out. The beds were comfortable and the sheets yummy! There are many seating options throughout the house - balconies and chairs for snuggling, just to name two. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked! The communication with the owner and property management company was plentiful and helpful. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and responsive. Magical Mystic Ridge is a great place to stay and we would love to stay there again!

The views were absolutely glorious at all times, but we especially enjoyed watching the sunrise and were lucky enough to see some beautiful rainbows over the bay. We loved the set up of the villa. We came with our adult children for a belated holiday vacation. Everyone had their own space when they wanted it, but we had tons of shared spaces as well and enjoyed hooking up music to the speaker system, playing games, and cooking and eating together. We spent time at the perfectly appointed pool every day, swimming, lounging, sunning, and relaxing. We enjoyed time in both Coral Bay (Johnny Lime is a delight), and Cruz Bay (for shopping at Mongoose Junction and the National Park Visitor Center), and scored the best possible seat at TheWindmill for one evening's sunset. It was fun to have adventures at local beaches and attractions, but it was wonderful to be able to just relax and spend time together at such a beautiful home for the week.
