Blue View at Mango Terrace-5 min walk to Cruz Bay!

condo is beautiful- has a nice view of the water. a little bummed we couldn't see the sunset or sunrise due to the direction the back porch faced but it was still a great view. the hills to get the condo are intense- need to have someone comfortable driving hills like that and even getting on 3 wheels and spinning tires a lot to get in and out of the driveway. the walk to downtown also involved some intense hills that require proper footwear- for someone unsteady on their feet or with balance issues I would not call this walkable, although it is still very close to everything. you hear peacocks (which sound like a crying cat) and roosters ALOT so be prepared for that. place was very very well kept and stocked. there is a huge binder with tons of info on the area, beaches, restaurants, etc. also nice blue tooth speaker we used a ton and beach chairs and an umbrella plus snorkel gear & cooler. mini splits and fans were much appreciated! owners/greeter very responsive. overall, lovely!

Laurie's place was perfect for our couples vacation. The condo was very well maintained and had a stunning view of the ocean from the deck area. The stocked kitchen allowed for us to easy cook meals and clean up afterwards. As mentioned in other reviews the home is on top of a step hill but was still very walkable to town. Overall, would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice and spacious. It was nice to sit on the outside patios and enjoy the scenery. We all loved the swimming pool after being at the beach all day. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Blueview. Condo is very convenient to Cruz Bay. Description was accurate and was very clean. It was perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped with all the necessities for a day on the beach. We would absolutely stay again. Check in host was very helpful and responsive.

This unit was so peaceful and spacious. My friends and I were sailing for 10 days so coming to Blue Villa we needed space and real beds! Blue Villa totally delivered. There was a wonderful welcome gift upon arrival, plenty of clean towels and beach gear to travel with. AC worked great, beds comfortable, living area furniture comfortable and wonderful outdoor furniture as well. Highly suggest renting a car if available, but we couldn't get one so ended up trekking the hill a couple times a day to get back. Great workout! 10/10 would come back again!

Great location with amazing sunsets. Local team was very helpful and proactive and the home was spotless upon arrival. Tons of amenities and the location was within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. The local taxis knew exactly where to pick us up when traveling to the beaches and the parking was available if needed. Overall a fantastic getaway for the family on one of our most favorite islands.

This was a perfect place for me and my family! We vacationed with our grown children and the condo was great! Very spacious and comfortable. The view was beautiful! Very peaceful and close to everything in town. I must say the hills are NO joke! They are doable but be prepared! We walked to and from town each night. Always felt very safe on our walks! Great Location! Would stay here again!

Fabulous Vacation
Condo was perfect loved the pool, accommodation comfortable and well equipped kitchen! Would have liked more information on using TV. Location close to downtown! What goes up must come down... hilly walk but doable : ) Looking forward to coming back to this location!!!

Fantastic Townhouse
We arrived on St. John and had to change accommodations and Julie & Dave were so helpful and bent over backwards to help us. The location is walkable to town, we did not rent a car (driving on the opposite side of the road and the steepness of the hills, leave the driving to the taxi drivers!). The view is all ocean and the AC worked so well we had to turn if off once it was cooled off when we returned from an outing (well insulated). I would recommend staying here and I cannot wait to return.

February Stay
We loved our stay here, everything was great and the location is very convenient to get to town! For those worried about "the bill" mentioned in prior reviews, we found it very easy to get a taxi when we didn't want to walk.

Great place to stay
This is a wonderful clean, large condo with a beautiful pool with an amazing view. It has everything you need in the kitchen. They were not stingy like some condos and had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo and condt .... The communication started when we rented the condo. A follow up e mail before arrival with information. And Shannon had instant communication once we arrived. I give this place a 100% to stay here again. Just make sure u have a 4 wheel drive jeep. Parking is on a steep hill, but mists condos are on hills so we knew that.

Our family of four (including two teenage boys) had a wonderful time at Blue View! It was the perfect retreat after long days on the beach, the trails and in the water. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for the beach. Chairs, snorkels, fins and noodles. The pool was such a treat at the end of the day. The well stocked kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook at home, including a fresh catch from our day of fishing. Cruz Bay just minutes away made going out for dinner easy as well. Blue View is best accessible by jeep! Oh, I can't forget to mention how awesome it was to have a washer and dryer!! Can't wait to go back. St John is such a special place and Blue View made our trip even better.

Blue View is the perfect getaway location. Beautiful views, clean and quiet. All the comforts of home located in a tropical paradise. A short walk to Cruz Bay bars, restaurants and shopping. We were grateful for the instant backup generator during rolling blackouts and a heat wave!

My family and I spent a few days at this condo at the beginning of our vacation, and we had a great experience. Very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Plenty of gear for trips to the beach and the pool was a nice touch at the end of a hot day. Loved being able to walk to town for dinner in the evening, and always felt safe. Overall, would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in a wonderful place
We really enjoyed our stay in Blue View. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment is very large and tastefully decorated. It is very close to town and even walkable if you are fit for uphill return. It has all possible amenities needed. In particular, it was very welcomed to have beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach cooler and sunscreen bottles, all needed for perfect beach days. These details are what stand out for high quality hosts. Check-in process was smooth. The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was the parking. Condo is on a very steep street and not easy to manage for faint of heart drivers. But after the first day we got used to it. Overall, highly recommend and would consider to stay again in a future trip to beautiful St. John!

Blue View was just as described! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was incredible and we enjoyed our coffee there every morning. The parking was a little challenging, not because there wasn't enough, but it was on the side of a steep hill, but we got pretty good at it. The walk to Cruz Bay was not far and we loved being so close. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing vacation at Blue View! The views were incredible, and the condo had everything we needed to relax! We especially enjoyed chilling out at the end of the day in the amazing pool! Loved being close enough to town to walk and enjoy all of the restaurants and night life. St. John in general stunned us with its beauty and how much there was to do. Loved going to Soggy Dollar on the Kekoa and snorkeling around the island on Seahorse water taxis. Oceans 362 at the bar was our favorite spot for an amazing dinner and view. We have three grown boys-23, 19 and 16 and everyone loved this vacation! Thank you so much!

We had such a great time and the home was exactly as described. We had two couples and it was nice to have our own bathrooms in our rooms. Also, a truly amazing sunset view from the pool. We rented a jeep to explore the island so it was nice to have a parking spot. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and things to prepare your food. The home had great beach chairs, floaties, coolers and snorkeling gear for the beach. Thanks for the great space to rent. We would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful place with wonderful amenities. A Well stocked kitchen along with beach chairs, towels and snorkeling gear was absolutely perfect. We rented a car which helped us explore on our own terms and we were grateful for a parking space at the condo. The condo was on a steep incline, so parking there was not for the faint of heart! We would definitely stay here again!
